Energy Policy, Business and Systems Analysis - Energy Economics

Our focus is on the economics of energy systems and the political economics of energy issues. Rutgers researchers’ goal is to better understand the implications of the transformations of how and where energy is produced and consumed, how to facilitate transition to cleaner energy systems, and how these changes challenge governments and industry decision makers. This analysis yields policy recommendations and insight used to develop better policy instruments.
