Rutgers researchers examine the integration of power systems engineering and economics to address pressing public policy questions regarding the environmental, economic and reliability implications of energy efficiency, solar, off-shore wind, and microgrids. Teams have expertise in wholesale and retail electricity market design, renewable portfolio standards and electricity modeling.
